About Dr. Rima Devereaux
Dr. Rima Devereaux lives in London, UK, and has been passionate about fantasy since her own young adulthood. Rima is a graduate of the University of Oxford and holds a doctorate in Medieval French from the University of Cambridge. Dr. Devereaux has written fantasy short stories which have been published in the British Fantasy Society Journal, Holdfast, Kneeling in the Silver Light, and Spaceports and Spidersilk. She also writes non-fiction articles for Mount Carmel, and has reviewed for the Times Literary Supplement, the London Magazine, French Studies, The Tablet, the Pastoral Review, and Spirituality. She is compiler of Last Thing at Night (Darton Longman and Todd, 2011), the author of Constantinople and the West in Medieval French Literature (D. S. Brewer, 2012), and author and editor of four anthologies of famous spiritual writers, the "A Month With series," published by SPCK, 2018).
Dr. Rima Devereaux is an editor at the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge (SPCK), the oldest Anglican mission organization and leading publisher of Christian books in the United Kingdom (founded in 1698), a member of SCBWI and the prestigious Clockhouse London Writers, when not writing or editing, Rima enjoys country walks, playing the flute, European cinema and medieval re-enactment.
